General Information for Exhibitors

This independent educational event has an exciting theme of 'the latest innovations in medical devices' and brings together healthcare professionals with medical equipment manufacturers and suppliers. 

The role of the seminar is to promote sharing of knowledge, to improve the use of medical equipment, and to allow exhibitors to meet their customers, and prospective future customers.

Since its launch in 2010, this annual event has grown year on year, both in terms of exhibitors and delegates, with many people returning time and again. 

For our 2024 event on the 26th & 27th June, we are pleased to once again be at the Coventry Building Society Arena (Formerly the Ricoh Arena), Coventry, UK.  This larger venue has enabled us to expand and keep up with demand from both exhibitors and delegates, and we are delighted to offer three conference areas: EBME (1), Operating Theatres (2), and Training/Procurement (3).

Medical equipment management is ultimately a process that includes buying, using and maintaining equipment, which is why we have now included a dedicated procurement and training conference area.  Operating theatre staff are the largest group of medical equipment users in hospitals, and they have been a valuable addition to our audience.

Reserve your EBME Expo 2024 exhibition space   

More than 150 internationally respected companies will be showcasing the latest technologies and equipment that the medical industry has to offer in the exhibition hall. A range of larger and smaller exhibition spaces are available to suit the needs of all exhibitors, enabling them to demonstrate their innovative product ranges.

As a potential exhibitor, you will be pleased to know that the programme does allow plenty of time for the delegates to visit all of the exhibition stands - with two long coffee breaks in addition to the time at lunch and registration.

Exhibitors at the event will also benefit from having the option of priority booking for the next annual EBME Expo, including the opportunity to reserve their chosen stand space and take advantage of the ‘early bird’ discount (stands at this event are chosen and reserved on a 'first come' basis).

Additionally, the media partner for this event, The Clinical Services Journal (CSJ) offers free editorial for our exhibitors. This publication is sent out to 11,000 named individuals and UK hospitals, and extra copies will be given out at the EBME Expo, so this is an opportunity not to be missed.

Companies that are not able to exhibit at the event may still have a presence at the EBME Expo by either providing a speaker, or by utilising other sponsorship opportunities such as sponsoring the raffle prizes etc.

The EBME Expo offers a combination of presentations, debate and the opportunity to see new products and services in the exhibition hall.  We have an exciting theme of the latest innovations in medical devices, with the audience participating in a debate with our expert speakers.
